School district officials and several local veterans unveiled the final design for "Scranton Veterans Memorial Park," which will be located on the grounds of Scranton High School at the corner of Providence Road and Mike Munchak Way at Veterans Memorial Stadium.The final design was taken from multiple entries our students and teachers submitted in June. This memorial will pay homage to nearly 1,000 fallen warriors from Scranton who perished in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the ongoing War on Terror.

Each level builds on the previous level and utilizes research-based best practices to promote quality early learning environments and positive child outcomes. The standards address staff qualifications and professional development, the early learning program, partnerships with family and community, and leadership and management. Keystone STARS is managed through a partnership of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) and the Pennsylvania and Regional Keys.
